Designed for a wide range of applications, the Innovo Pulse Oximeter is ideal for sports enthusiasts, aviators, and home use. Climbers, skiers, bikers, and others can track their SpO2 and pulse rate pre- or post-exercise, while remaining still during the measurement process.
Each wave displayed on the device corresponds to a heartbeat, and the wave amplitude indicates the amount of blood detected. If the wave amplitude is low, it suggests your blood perfusion is too low for a reliable reading, and you should retake the measurement, ensuring your finger is positioned correctly under the LED lights.
It is normal for your SpO2 and pulse rate to fluctuate as the amount of arterial blood pulses and changes with each heartbeat. A ±3 fluctuation in your SpO2 is considered normal. Additionally, the readings may vary slightly between different fingers, which is also a natural occurrence.
To turn off the device, simply remove your finger from the finger chamber, and it will power off automatically within 8-10 seconds. The battery icon will display a low power indicator when the batteries need to be replaced.
When exercising, any movement can cause the device to reset its readings. It is recommended to take measurements during resting phases, when the body is not in motion. If you have finished exercising, wait 10-15 minutes before taking a reading.
The digital pulse oximeter is capable of measuring SpO2 between 70% and 100%, and pulse rate between 30 and 250 beats per minute (bpm), ensuring a comprehensive range of tracking capabilities.
