The product is designed to keep flaccid and weak hands in functional alignment, preventing lost range and pain. The BendEase Hand Splint secures the fingers, thumb, and wrist in a functional resting position, and comes with removable finger separators to help align the fingers and prevent pressure. The FUNCTIONAL DESIGN of the BendEase Hand Splint extends under the thumb for support and stability, or to achieve gradual abduction of Dupuytren's Contracture. The breathable exterior fabric is durable enough for machine washing.
The SECURE SUPPORT provided by the BendEase Hand Splint keeps the fingers, thumb, and wrist secured and stabilized in a functional resting position, with removable finger separators to help reduce the rigidity of contractures.
The SIZING GUIDE for the BendEase Hand Splint includes small (up to 3" width and 6 1/2" from wrist to finger), medium (up to 3 1/2" and 7" from wrist to finger), and large (up to 3 3/4" and 8" wrist to finger) sizes. The padding can be laundered by hand or on a gentle cycle using mild soap, and should be line dried, avoiding the use of chlorinated products such as bleach.
